锻件热模锻余热热处理 Forging hot die forging heat treatment

  锻造后利用锻件自身热量直接进行热处理,即锻件的余热热处理省略了锻造后热处理前重新加热锻件的工序,余热热处理一般有以下3种方式。
 
  ⑴锻后进行余热均温热处理。锻件成形后直接送入热处理炉,仍按常规的热处理工艺进行,均温后锻件不同部位温度一致,可缩短保温时间,这种方法称为余热均温热处理。对于形状复杂,特别是截面变化大的锻件采用该工艺可以确保锻件质量稳定。
 
  ⑵锻后直接余热热处理。锻件成形后利用锻造余热直接进行热处理,把锻造和热处理紧密结合在一起,节省了普通热处理需要重新加热造成的大量能耗浪费。
 
  ⑶锻后利用部分余热进行热处理。锻件成形后将锻件冷却到600~650℃左右,然后将锻件再加热到所需要的温度进行热处理。此方法可以细化到晶粒,又节约了把锻件从室温加热到600~650℃的能耗,一般适用于对晶粒度要求高的锻件。

  ⑶ forging after the use of part of the heat for heat treatment. After forging, the forging is cooled to about 600 to 650 ° C, and then the forging is reheated to the desired temperature for heat treatment. This method can be refined to the grain, but also saves the forging from room temperature to 600 ~ 650 ℃ energy consumption, generally applicable to the grain size requirements forging.
